Mindful Hatha yoga is strength-based with emphasis on the core.
Flowing posture sequences build stamina and as always we work with mindful attention to the breath.
We are quite experimental in this class and try out interesting postures such as crow – a hand balance – and shoulder stands.
Beginners are very welcome and more advanced students are given the opportunity to work deeper, hold longer and work into stronger extensions of our postures. Men and women are equally welcome. As with all my classes the vibe is laid back and enjoyable, with no pressure to go beyond your own level of comfort.
