Classes start with introductions and a short chat which helps you get to know other mums to be. There’s no pressure to be planning to do things in a particular way, we simply hold the space for you to share your thoughts and move towards deciding what is right for you, your baby and the rest of your family. We create a safe, friendly environment to explore your options. A short centring practice prepares you for the yoga part of the class, fluid movement to ease tension and release aches and pains, with some stronger stretches for stability, stamina and strength. You can always do as much or as little as you like. Classes always finish with a specific breathing or mindfulness practice that is designed to help you when you birth your baby, and a deep relaxation so you leave feeling rested and refreshed.
